Virgin Media Cable and Fibre Installation CRM and Field App
FIZIX were commissioned by Virgin Media, and their South West cable engineering partners, to design and develop an integrated CRM and Field Technician App for Virgin Cable TV and Fibre Broadband installations in the South West of England.
The CRM, which was developed over 3 phases, is integrated into the Work Order system and offers technician management, installation scheduling, customer liaison, facilitates local council dig permissions, a trouble ticket system for technicians and performance reporting.
The Field Technicians App - an Enterprise App which operates on Apple and Android devices - maintains a secure connection to the CRM, feeding up to date schedule and work order information to technicians. Technicians can view information about installations they are assigned to, call customers prior to their visit, and report installation progress, submit problems into the trouble ticket system and submit photo evidence of completion.
